Honey gingerbread
Fragrant gingerbread with cinnamon and walnuts. Ready in 30 minutes, eaten faster!

Ingredients

  • Honey

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

Before you knead the dough, turn the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. In a mixer whisk the egg with sugar.

Add honey, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon, beat for another minute.

Now add the flour and knead the dough five minutes.

Protiven cover with baking paper. The finished dough is spread evenly on the paper (1-1. 5 cm). The dough is very sticky. Fingers to moisten. On top sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Put into the oven for 15 minutes.
