Marshmallow tartlets
Option 2. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail" Given the comment of one of the boy, I withdrew from the competition "lazy" tartlets "the snow Queen" and put on the contest tartlets with homemade marshmallows. Ingredients

  • Gelatin

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Vanilla

  • Strawberry

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Chocolate chips

    6 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

25 g gelatin soaked in 150 ml of water (2 hours) 150 ml of water pour into a saucepan, add 4 cups of sugar, boil for 7 minutes over low heat in a high saucepan.

Fill weight konditery bag and oxazepam marshmallows. Waiting for the marshmallows to set. It will happen in 40-60 minutes. Tartlets can be done as the classic "marshmallow" shape, and tartlets of various shapes, I made some square and round. If tarts are not needed, half of the marshmallows stick together, prosypayutsya icing sugar and pack into bag or box. If the marshmallow is left open for a long time, it has hardened a bit outside.

For the filling, milled frozen strawberries. Prepare the cream: Whisk the cream to a thick state (but not to the final), add sour cream, whisk a little, add a little wine (or other alcohol, of course this is an option for adults) and whisk until stable peaks. Put in the cold for 15-20 minutes.

In the tartlet spread the strawberry mixture, top with sprinkle chocolate chips (preferably a bitter or coffee with milk), on top of saivam cream and decorate with chocolate chips. Bon appetit!
