A wonderful dessert salad that will not leave indifferent neither kids nor adults! I advise you to try!
Ingredients

Carrots

Banana

Apple
-
Walnuts
-
Raisins
-
Mandarin
-
Marshmallows
-
Lemon juice
-
Honey
-
Sour cream
Cooking
Boil carrots
and grate.
To the carrots add the raisins and chopped nuts.
Add chopped banana.
Clean and cut the Apple.Sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening.
Add the chopped tangerine.
In the end add marshmallows,stir everything.Dressed the salad with honey(a little) and sour cream.
The salad is ready!
