Cake
Cake without baking - from cookies with cream cheese, covered with chocolate icing with nuts.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    800 g

  • Curd

    500 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Hazelnuts

    150 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

Cooking

On plastic wrap place a layer of cookies size of 3 to 4 cookies.

Previously each cookie to dip in milk for a couple of seconds (no more, otherwise it will get soggy later).

Spread on a layer of cookies, layer of cottage cheese mixture, ( I have the packs with the dried apricots). You can use regular cheese with jam.

Repeat two more times. Total should have three layers. In the middle put half of the nuts (any, I had the hazelnut).

Using the cling film to fold the house, carefully lifting the edges.

In a saucepan, over low heat melt the chocolate, add a little milk and butter (for Shine).

Sprinkle the house with icing, decorate with nuts. The cake for two hours refrigerate (in the film).
