Description

Cottage cheese casserole with ham
The recipe I found, or rather dug, in the old folder with all sorts of clippings from magazines and Newspapers, so the source to specify not be able to... Initially reading the ingredients, I could not even imagine what the taste will be on the way out and it was a pleasant surprise... the taste like pizza! For the photos I apologize in advance, as not particularly friends with that thing)))

Cooking

step-0
These are products that we need. Since I'm currently one (all dispersed who-where), then do half the rules in this regard, in the photo of ingredients less. And pickles I'm home not found, so I got pickled tomato paste.
step-1
Bulgarian pepper clear from the seeds and stalk, cut into small cubes. The same we do with pickles and ham. Too bad that the idea to add parsley and dill, I came too late, and the taste would be interesting. Cheese grate, better on small, albeit with large chunks is good too.
step-2
Beat eggs until obtaining a lush mass. I was too lazy to get the mixer, so I stirred with a fork and decided to stop there. Add salt (a lot of the add is not necessary, as pickles and ham are already salty).
step-3
Add the cheese and carefully rubs it with eggs (it is here that I realized that after all the mixer would come in handy). Cheese, I took the market sold by weight, so triturated lumps, you can take the pasty and then this procedure we do not need.
step-4
Add semolina and stir.
step-5
Further cheese.
step-6
And the remaining vegetables and ham. Here I thought cottage cheese and egg mass will be enough for all the toppings, but I was wrong. Mix everything.
step-7
Cooked weight put in a greased form for baking. I line the form with baking paper. Put the form in a pre-heated oven and cook for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
step-8
Here's zapekanka happened. Kind of like a prescription via such a search is not found, hope that will not happen again. Bon appetit!
