Neck
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user G-Alina called the "Neck" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Easy beef

    200 g

  • Heart

    200 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    8 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Dill

Cooking

The liver, lungs, heart atteriwem 30 min, after cooled and finely chop.

Onion cut into small squares and fry until Golden brown.

On a dry frying pan, pour semolina and deep fried until light brown, then add the water, stirring to make a thick porridge (water, about 200 ml)

All the ingredients are mixed, dobavlaet sesame, Basil, dill, salt, pepper to taste. Knead well.

Put tightly in cellophane, tie and drop it into boiling water. Cook for 30 - 40 min, remove, let cool and place in the refrigerator.

The finished dish is cut like a sausage. I formed small balls! Very tasty with sogemi vegetables or boiled kartofeln! Bon appetit!
