Pie with raspberry sour cream
Very gentle taste cake with fresh raspberry, easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Raspberry

    1 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Cream

    50 g

Cooking

Egg whisk with sugar,

Add melted, but cooled butter, baking powder and sour cream, mix well.

Bake at 180 gr 30 minutes (check on the oven!). While baking cake, the cream bring to the boil, pour over the broken chocolate, stir well until complete dissolution of chocolate. Cover cooled cake with glaze.
