Yeast cheese rolls
On the website there is already cheese bread (Oh, how I love them!), but these muffins are different in that they are leavened naturally and the taste is different. Thanks for the recipe ewgenija_s, LJ.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Warm water mixed with yeast, sugar, salt. Add the flour (not all at once, as needed). Knead the dough, at the end add grated cheese. Cover the Cup with a lid and leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour and a half (the dough should increase by 2-3 times). I put the approach on the electric heater. P. S: the dough I used a piece of cheese and piece of smoked sausage cheese (that was in the fridge)))

Put the dough on the floured surface, to form about 10 round scones and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. On top of the rolls lubricated yolk and sprinkle cheese.

Cover with a towel and allow to rise for 30 min.

Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
