Description
Low in calories, healthy and hearty dish with NO ADDED OIL, cooked in the slow cooker. Tender chicken with aromatic vegetable gravy and a young sorrel.

Cooking
The chicken pieces put in a saucepan multivarki.
Onion cut into half rings.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater and put in the pan to the chicken with onions.
Bell pepper cut in half, take out the seeds, remove the middle and cut into half rings.
Spread the chopped peppers to the chicken with vegetables.
Pour 5-6 multistation water (so that water completely covers the chicken), salt and mix well. Set the mode "Stewing" for 20-25 minutes.
Young sorrel rinse with water and cut.
5 minutes before end of cooking the chicken chop the parsley and dill (can any herbs to taste), mix with the sorrel and add to the pan multivarki. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
The finished dish to serve with any side dish - potatoes, pasta, rice. To decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
