Beetroot soup in chicken broth
In our family, beetroot - soup. Even my daughter, who is not too fond of the first dish, eat it with pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Water

    3 l

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Prepare the products. My chicken and put on to cook in (about) 3 litres of water for 50 minutes.

While cooking the chicken, wash and peel vegetables. Boil hard-boiled eggs.

Pepper cut into thin strips, carrots grate on a coarse grater. In frying pan, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the peppers and carrots.

Small cubes, chop the onion and put it into the sauté.

Beets grate on a coarse grater, add to the vegetables. Once put into the pan beets, pour 1 tablespoon of 70% vinegar.

When the chicken is cooked, take it out of the pan and throws it into the broth diced potatoes. Add salt and Bay leaf. I salt has yet been added because in my soup dressing contains a lot of salt. I put it at the end.

While cooking the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes eggs.

Chicken meat taken from the bones. Cut. Add eggs and meat in the soup.

In end, put finely chopped herbs or, as in my case, the soup filling.

Serve hot beetroot with sour cream. Bon appetit!
