There are many recipes stroitelnyh cakes, but this one is special! Thought, I thought, well, what would surprise your household? And had an interesting idea, but what if you mix the stuffing with stroitelnoy chip? His idea I have embodied in reality and that this is an unusual miracle! The cakes turned out tender and slightly crumbly, with a transparent wet strasheim, scented with lemon and vanilla! And these wonderful cakes can be cooked with various fillings - apples, pears or peaches!

  • Raisins

You first need to soak the raisins to soften. Next, in a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Put the lemons and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the lemons in the water for 5 minutes. This is to ensure that the crust was not bitter. And yet, that crust easier ground in a blender. After 5 minutes, remove the lemons and let it cool down, but not completely, so they stay warm.

While lemons are cooling, make the dough - stroitelnoy chips: in a deep bowl, mix the softened butter, sour cream, egg, flour, sugar and baking powder. Get a nice soft crumb.

Coat a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put on it the remaining dough. Flatten, press and give it a rectangular shape.
