The cakes turned out tender and slightly crumbly, with a transparent wet strasheim, scented with lemon and vanilla! And these wonderful cakes can be cooked with various fillings - apples, pears or peaches!

You first need to soak the raisins to soften. Next, in a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Put the lemons and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the lemons in the water for 5 minutes. This is to ensure that the crust was not bitter. And yet, that crust easier ground in a blender. Coat a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put on it the remaining dough. Flatten, press and give it a rectangular shape.
