Dough recipe for cupcakes I used as the cake "gourmand"http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/26168 because this dough when baking always well raised and very tasty. The finished dough pour into muffin tins,leaving about 1cm to the edge.
Bake in a preheated oven,at 180°,20 min.
