This cake impresses with its unusual form, rich taste and serve with the sauce. Onion dip is based on the classic Bechamel sauce. The filling can be done any according to your taste. Imagine: wash slice hearty pie with crispy dough, dip it in onion sauce... mmm... delicious! All the advice!

Prepare and measure out all the ingredients. To prepare the pie and the sauce I take butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%.

Make the dough. Yeast dissolved in warm water. Add half of the vegetable oil, flour and salt. Begin kneading the dough. In the process, add the remaining oil. Kneaded the dough until smooth. It should be elastic and tough enough. The dough is rolled into a ball, put in a bowl, tighten the film and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Make the stuffing. In a skillet, melt 30 gr of butter and fry in it the sliced julienne peppers and sliced leeks.

We do not need thick.
