Rolls made from beetroot leaves
Now it's time for summer, the garden is growing almost all, but not all used. Delicious, mouth-watering snack from the leaves of the red beet.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot leaves

    24 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    1 pack

  • Salt

Cooking

The leaves of red beet pour over boiling water to the leaves become soft.

Make a batter.

The leaves fold in two and batter.

Fry in a skillet on both sides. We get such a beauty.
