Very good appetizer or side dish in a hurry! All natural and no preservatives!!!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Potatoes peel and cut into thin circles.

Drizzle with oil, season with salt, add spices. All mix well with your hands.

Distribute one layer on a plate suitable for microwave ovens. The plates are lubricated with oil, as the potatoes may stick to the plate, so it will be easier to get it. And still it is possible to err and to put high quality greaseproof paper. Put on 4 minutes in the microwave on maximum power (I have 850). Look at the condition of the potatoes, put another 2 or 3 minutes (it is advisable to check on the chips every minute). It all depends on the microwave, so it is possible that it will take more or less time. Bon appetit!
