Take a piece of pork without bone, wash well, RUB on all sides with salt and pepper.
Onion cut into half rings. The bulbs should be large. Either take a greater number of follicles. Mix mayonnaise with grated garlic. I often do not fully on the mayonnaise, mixed with sour cream. The amount of mayonnaise wrote about. It should be enough to be enough to cover the pork completely.
In a bowl or a pan on the bottom put half of the onion. Then covered from all sides in a mayonnaise sauce meat. And on top of the remains of the bow. Close the lid and remove overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, take out the meat. It is marinated already. Form cover with foil 2 leaves (crosswise) to not leak all the juice and the meat remained juicy. Spread on the leaves of our meat along with the onions.
Close tightly with foil and bake it in the oven. Now the most important: put 30 min in the oven at a temperature of 220 deg reduce heat to 180 and keep at this temperature for 1 hour and then to 150 and cook for another 1 - 1.5 hours. In total the meat in the oven is 2.5 - 3 hours.
Get, cut. Eaten together with onions. Serve with vegetables, tomato sauce, etc.
