Long ago I read this recipe in the magazine. As it prepared for the New Year. And since then, no matter how much experimenting with other recipes, but nothing can replace such a delicious, tender meat. And inviting guests, many ask: "And your meat will be?"

Ingredients

Take a piece of pork without bone, wash well, RUB on all sides with salt and pepper.

Onion cut into half rings. The bulbs should be large. Either take a greater number of follicles. Mix mayonnaise with grated garlic. I often do not fully on the mayonnaise, mixed with sour cream. The amount of mayonnaise wrote about. It should be enough to be enough to cover the pork completely.

In a bowl or a pan on the bottom put half of the onion. Then covered from all sides in a mayonnaise sauce meat. And on top of the remains of the bow. Close the lid and remove overnight in the refrigerator.
