Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Minced Turkey

    300 g

Basmati rice or Jasmine pre-soak in cold water for 1-2 hours, put on a towel and allow to dry. In forcemeat add the egg, salt and mix well.
