Description
Offer to cook a chocolate cake, whose recipe I found on the Polish culinary website. Prunes pre-infused cognac, which gives the cakes a certain piquancy. This cake I made in a wonderful multivarka Vitek VT-4205 VK.

Honestly, some of the stages of making this cake for me seemed incomprehensible, for example, why hot water is added to butter, or why add the beaten egg whites at the end to a very thick dough. But I followed the steps of preparing dough original recipe, turned out delicious! First, my prunes, dry it with paper towels, cut in half, pour a brandy for about 30 minutes. Then poured the cognac, prunes, again, slightly dry with a towel.
Butter whipped with half of the granulated sugar with a mixer.
Add vegetable oil and hot water, again ground a little whipped.
Separately, whip the egg yolks.
To the oil weight to add yolks, whisk a little weight again.
The flour sifted with the baking powder and cocoa powder.
To the oil weight, add flour with baking powder and cocoa powder, vanilla sugar.
The mixture was stirred with a spoon.
In a separate bowl, whip the whites well with a pinch of salt, gradually adding remaining sugar.
Parts add the beaten egg whites to the dough, mix with a spoon movements from the top down.
The Cup multivarki grease with vegetable oil, spread with a spoon a third of dough, spread the top half of the prunes.
Again spread with a spoon the second third of the dough, level it with a spoon, then spread the remaining prunes.
And finally, spread the remaining batter, level the surface with a spoon. The bowl with the dough is placed in the slow cooker.
Bake the cake on the program "Baking" 70 minutes, then stand the cake on the program "Maintenance" for about 25 minutes.
The Cup multivarki take out, give the cake a little to cool. Then use the pan for cooking for a couple take out the cake from the bowl and put onto a plate. The cooled cake can pour melted chocolate. Bon appétit!
