Vegetable salad with tomatoes and green beans
Green beans are very good to use in various vegetable salads. This salad, as an option healthy summer snacks.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sprouts

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Peel the vegetables, wash, chop: tomatoes - rings; onions, green pepper - half-rings; put in a salad bowl.

Add the beans, cooked in boiling water for 5-7 minutes

and soy sprouts.

Mix well; season with salt and pepper; season with olive oil and Apple cider vinegar. Bon appetit!
