Creme brulee
Delicate dessert, much loved in our family! Earlier we ate only at the restaurant. The site already has the recipes of cooking, I've tried a few of them, but alas, dessert all without success. And I almost decided that there should be happiness, no talent, etc., I found on the Internet for another recipe with different proportions and some nuances. My joy knew no bounds when it all came out! I dedicate this dessert to all beginners in cooking like me! And invite you to enjoy my creme brulee of all!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    25 g

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Heat the cream with the vanilla sugar until almost boiling but do not boil. Included to warm up the oven at 175 degrees.

To the yolks add the regular sugar and gently mash (I had fewer ingredients).

I did everything with a beater from the mixer, manually.

To the yolks add half of the hot cream, again gently stir. It is important not to stir the mixture!

Then add the remaining cream. Stir, if formed bubbles to remove them with a spoon.

Pour the mixture in a refractory mold (glass or like me). Put them in a deep baking pan, fill the pan with boiling water until the middle of the molds in the oven for 20 minutes! Perhaps this is the most critical moment!

Here he is - handsome-cream after the oven! Admired and put on 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar, cauterized with a blow torch before the formation of caramel. And quick to eat!
