Fish pancakes
Disappear instantly like hot cakes from the pan. Very tasty pancakes!

Ingredients

  • Minced fish

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

From fish fillet to prepare forcemeat. Onion finely chop. Mushrooms can be pre-boil for 10 minutes. Cut into small pieces.

Combine all the above in a frying pan, add pepper, salt and fry until cooked minced fish.

Remove from heat, add chopped boiled egg.

Peel the potatoes, grate on a fine grater, squeeze, add the flour, egg, salt, pepper. Stir until smooth.

Spoon on a hot pan with vegetable oil potato mixture in the form of thin cakes, on top of them the fish meat and cover again potato mixture, forming pancakes with a spoon of the correct form.

Fry both sides on medium heat until Golden brown. As the minced fish is ready, it takes a lot of time. You only need to fry until cooked potatoes.
