Description
Strawberry Panna cotta with a sauce of strawberries with balsamic vinegar. Very delicate cream dessert with a spicy sauce of strawberries. Recipe source: from_turkey, LJ.

Cooking
100 g strawberries grind in a blender and strain through a sieve. Soak gelatine in a little water (about 5-6 tablespoons of water) and leave to swell.
To combine cream, milk, sugar, put the mixture on slow fire and bring to boil. Remove from heat, enter the gelatin, stir well to all gelatin dispersed. Add the strawberry puree and again mix thoroughly.
Pour Panna cotta into molds and put in refrigerator to cool at least 3-4 hours.
Now for the sauce. Strawberries cut into halves or four pieces. In a small saucepan combine all the ingredients and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, until it thickens.
Cool. Serve with Panna cotta.
