Cooking

step-0
Nut cakes - one of the most popular in Italy, often used almonds, but walnuts also held in high esteem. Moreover, autumn is the time of nuts and nut pies! Chocolate cake with walnuts is one of the most popular Italian cakes. During a search of recipes for the contest, I met this cake in several Italian and English language sites, with slight differences. For the pie we need to whisk the eggs with the sugar in a very lush foam. I took this about 5 minutes.
step-1
Nuts clear from the shell and puree them in a blender. I have used those carefully cleaned and passed with a Ukrainian grandmother.
step-2
Cream Parmalat a little heated.
step-3
And melt chocolate.
step-4
To egg mixture add brandy, cream, vanilla, essence, nuts. Mix and add flour with baking powder.. the Batter should be quite thick, but a little dripped off the spoon.
step-5
Baking dish (I used rectangular) line it up with parchment paper and spread the dough. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for about 40-45 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick (must be dry). I used a pie off the oven.
step-6
While baked cake, prepare the glaze. In the warmed cream melt chocolate, add cocoa and a couple tablespoons of coffee. Stir. The mixture should be thick. I had a little watery, but then well stuck on the cake.
step-7
The cake is allowed to cool and liberally grease the top with frosting,
step-8
Decorate with the walnuts.
