Air chocolate cake
Very tender, flavorful, and really the air! Easy to cook, as usual.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Beat butter room temperature and sugar.

Add alternately milk and flour mixed with baking powder. A little milk – a little flour, etc.

Chocolate grind.

Whisk the whites (they must be chilled).

Gently add the whipped whites to the batter, stir. We get the dough roughly the consistency of sour cream, very airy.

Form cake pan greased with butter and sprinkle semolina.

Bake at 160 - 180 deg. Readiness check with a wooden skewer if the cake comes out dry, you're done.
