Cooking
The recipe is extremely simple. Here are some foods we need: thawed! chicken and your favorite seasonings. I have a mixture of garlic, red pepper, mustard, coriander, ginger, parsley. In addition, another necessary food film (preferably tightly like a microwave) and foil.
RUB the chicken with salt and mix of seasonings, do not forget to season it and inside. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
Enough pepper and tightly wrap in plastic wrap. Better to wind more layers - so it will flow out less juice.
Put in a steamer for 2 hours. My steamer is the maximum time of 1 hour, so you have to monitor the water level and time to add.
After 2 hours, carefully unfold the foil, remove the foil. Chicken's ready. All the juices and flavours we have saved.
