Everything you need
To prepare brownies: Melt on low heat butter or margarine.
Plate off the oil, add the broken dark chocolate, half a minute to mix well.
Add the sugar, vanilla, a small pinch of salt, stir again.
Add sifted cocoa and mix again.
One by one add the eggs, each time stirring the dough.
Put the mascarpone, mix well.
Then add the sifted flour and stir the batter until smooth. The result should be smooth elasticease dough.
Pour the dough in a greased bowl multivarki (I have padded the bottom with oiled parchment paper), flatten the surface and bake for 50 minutes on the "Baking". After the signal is another 10 minutes to hold in the heated or the "Crust."
The finished cake to turn out of the bowl on the tray of the steamer, cover and chill the ganache.
Decorate as desired (I poured a thin layer of cream on the still warm ganache, the edges coated Fudge balls in center put some canned cherries), although this is optional.
Chocolate ganache: Cream with powdered sugar bring to boil (but not boil) over low heat.
Remove from heat, add broken chocolate and leave for a couple minutes. Then stir until smooth. Add the softened butter and mix well again.
