Meat (pork neck) cut into portions (I like large) and cut potatoes (for 2 or 4 pieces), onion crumble cubes, carrots cubes. Combine all in a bowl, add preservatives, Bay leaf, pepper, salt, mix everything thoroughly. Fill the jar, trying not to the top (there will be a lot of juice in the process). Foil folded 2-3 times and her throat closed banks. Put in cold oven, pre-set in a pan of cold water (so the Bank does not burst), prepare at T 220 until ready (it's around 1.5-2 hours). FAT, OIL AND WATER DON'T ADD!! The potatoes are soaked juice of meat, and the meat just becomes the softest. Here I have a 2-liter bottle.
