Description

Cooking
Pour the flour in a separate Cup, make a hole. Add the eggs, oil and salt.
Knead elastic dough. Let the dough "rest" under foil, then again to knead well. The dough will be stiff, but elastic, not sticky to hands.
Then test cut a piece, roll "sausage", divide it obliquely into several pieces of 2-3 cm on the piece of put your fingers, press a little and rolled on itself to form hollows. Do this with every bite. I "sausages" is not rolled, and cut off from the test strips with a width of 1 cm, cut them diagonally and then make the cavatelli.
Ready boil the cavatelli in boiling salted water 7-10 minutes, until cooked and serve with your favourite sauce! Nice cooking!!!
