Bought a new slow cooker, and there are 3 recipe cheese. Decided to start with the less complex. The cheese was very creamy, and very tasty with store-bought cream cheese there is no comparison. I want to share the recipe. So simple and fast that is an obvious plus.

Cooking
The products required.
Curd skip through Mincer or mash immersion blender until a smooth mass. Cheese, softened butter, eggs, baking soda, salt and spices, mix until smooth.
The resulting mass lay out in a bowl multivarku, close the lid. Press the "Menu" button. To install the program "Control", the cooking time set to 7 minutes, set the temperature at 100*. When will start the countdown (or heating function), open the lid and with constant stirring to bring the mass to a uniform consistency. Keep stirring for 7 minutes. The finished mass is poured into a separate container and allow to cool.
It turns out that's the mass.
Served with tea, coffee, on toast or in sandwiches.
