Biscuits
Without flour, sugar and eggs.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1.5 cup

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Sunflower seeds

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

  • Coconut shavings

    0.25 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Sesame

    0.25 cup

Cooking

Nuts advanced (large), mix with sunflower seeds, raisins, sesame seeds and coconut flakes. Add oatmeal.

Add the vegetable oil and honey, mix well, pour into pan (it is well lubricated!).

Bake at a temperature of 100-120 degrees (!). Until tender. Cool completely and then cut into squares. I'm in the middle a little broken and the paper is poorly lagged, but the extreme pieces came out beautiful.
