Cake
How many watched cake recipes with the same name - not one similar to mine. My recipe is valuable because it is from my mother's cookery notebooks of Soviet times. Cakes don't contain butter (can't think of the figure), a set of products for this cake always have on hand (and they are not expensive), and the result is always excellent! The cake is very-very good for beginners Housewives. Belongs to the family of honey.

    4 cup

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Nuts

  • Straws

Cooking

step-0
Honey, sugar and eggs to heat in a water bath to dissolve the sugar (the original recipe just mix everything, but to me it's better to have all components dissolved)
step-1
Pour soda and stir
step-2
Add 2 cups of flour and leave in the fridge for a day. Again, this is from the original recipe. I went the other way - my batter is a little constantly and I have cut flour to knead more dough, I wanted thin cakes, which should roll out
step-3
I divided the dough into 4 pieces, each made such a bun (I covered it with flour because the dough still sticks to the rolling pin)
step-4
And roll every part in a cake
step-5
Pierce cakes with a fork and bake until Golden brown at 180 deg. The cakes should be soft, not desiccate because they are baked very quickly. Still warm cut them in the shape of the future cake. A trim dry and grind in a blender
step-6
Here is a shot of the 4 ready-made cakes
step-7
Make cream - beat sour cream with sugar until the sugar is dissolved. I still thicken the cream with the thickener (or cornstarch as it is now because of the thickener was not)
step-8
Each cake to coat with cream and sprinkle with nuts. Sorry, I was a little nuts(((
step-9
Decorate as desired - I sprinkled the crumbs from the cakes, made a flower out of a straw, and on the edge with a knife made incisions and put in a piece of cake
step-10
Bon appetit!
