How many watched cake recipes with the same name - not one similar to mine. My recipe is valuable because it is from my mother's cookery notebooks of Soviet times. Cakes don't contain butter (can't think of the figure), a set of products for this cake always have on hand (and they are not expensive), and the result is always excellent! Honey, sugar and eggs to heat in a water bath to dissolve the sugar (the original recipe just mix everything,but to me it's better to have all components dissolved)

Pierce cakes with a fork and bake until Golden brown at 180 deg. The cakes should be soft, not desiccate because they are baked very quickly. Still warm cut them in the shape of the future cake. A trim dry and grind in a blender
