Mushroom soup with millet
Mushroom soup prepared quickly and will be a wonderful treat while fasting. This time I used fresh mushrooms, but you can take and other mushrooms. So the soup was not runny, I added a few tablespoons of millet.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Sunflower oil

  • Millet

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

- first, potato peel, cut into cubes and put into boiling water;

- wash and add the boiling water to millet;

- then cut and put in a pan of pepper;

- in hot sunflower oil "Oleyna" first fry onions, then add grated on a coarse grater carrots. When everything is browned add chopped mushrooms and lightly fry;

- add 3 tbsp homemade tomato filling or a couple of spoons of the tomato. But you can do without it;

- add the roast to the pan, sprinkle with salt and cook until cooked potatoes;

when submitting sprinkle herbs. Eat bread made from sprouted grains. Bon appetit!
