Cooking
Cook Turkey, cut into pieces in a saucepan with water and salt. When the Turkey is cooked, remove it from the pot and strain the broth. Prepare the vegetables. Carrot grate, onion and cabbage finely cut. The cabbage very finely slice-crumble! So delicious!
Take a deep saucepan or pot with a thick bottom, where we will boil the soup. Put on the fire, pour oil and spread the carrots, a little fry - with minute.
Followed by onions. Also a minute roast.
Put the cabbage and fry all not much, stirring constantly until almost cooked. Salt.
Add Turkey meat, cut into small pieces. Stir.
Pour the broth, bring to a boil, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Then, stirring constantly, pour in the soup, semolina-this is the secret! Thanks to the semolina soup will be rich and nourishing, bind the soup with the products. Just don't pour the semolina and make soup porridge! Semolina is enough to cook a couple of minutes.
Finely chop garlic and greens. Send in the soup.
Another two minutes and the soup is ready. Give it a little stand.
