                            When I get frozen shrimp on sale, I always buy it and salt in itself. The recipe for pickling is as follows: 500 ml of water, 5 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, spices (Bay leaf and pepper) to boil and cool. A sprat to thaw (about 500-600g) and pour the cooled brine, put into the refrigerator for a day. Salt can be reduced to 3 tbsp if you want less salty fish. But you can take and ready spiced sprats that are sold in stores.
