The combination of pancakes with salted fish is loved by many. And don't always need expensive noble fish. Sometimes from a simple fish turns out very tasty addition to the pancakes!

When I get frozen shrimp on sale, I always buy it and salt in itself. The recipe for pickling is as follows: 500 ml of water, 5 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, spices (Bay leaf and pepper) to boil and cool. A sprat to thaw (about 500-600g) and pour the cooled brine, put into the refrigerator for a day. Salt can be reduced to 3 tbsp if you want less salty fish. But you can take and ready spiced sprats that are sold in stores. Salted pilchards drain on a sieve, to stack the excess brine, remove the head, viscera and bones.

Eggs boil hard boiled, cut in half, remove the yolk. Protein in the recipe is not necessary
Anchovies, eggs, oil, mustard grind in a blender into a uniform mass. If desired, add chopped greens and stir. Store in the refrigerator
For pancakes. In water, mix 2 tbsp flour, stir in the yeast SAF-moment and wait for "beanie"
Mix the flour, salt, sugar, egg, pour the yeast mixture and milk
Stir to avoid lumps, and leave for 1 hour to rise. Add the oil and stir
I oiled the pan before each pancake. Bake all the pancakes in the usual way from both sides. Oil for frying, I did not specify in the ingredients
Serve hot pancakes with kolacny oil. It is very tasty!!!
