Salmon with vegetables in a creamy mushroom sauce
Like fish? And the mushrooms? And cauliflower cabbage and broccoli? If Yes - You definitely need to try this! Mouth-watering dish, easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Mushrooms wash, cut into big pieces, then evaporate WITHOUT OIL in the pan. Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the skins and cut into slices.

A third of the cooked mushroom mix in a blender with cream and salt - that's our sauce.

Cabbage cut into fairly large pieces and cook in any convenient way: steamer, water, microwave oven until half-baked state.

Fish cut into medium-sized pieces. Basically, you can use any red fish, and may be white :-) but I always cook with salmon.

In a frying pan, heated some olive oil, lay the fish, cabbage and tomatoes, sprinkle with salt.

Fry for 3 minutes, then add the remaining two-thirds of the mushrooms and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

The final stage is to pour the sauce, stir, simmer literally 3 minutes, turn off and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
