Pork Stroganoff
Fingering grandma's legacy, found an old cookbook, 1955 edition. Reading it, I realized that and did know how to cook. This dish of pork I like - delicious, simple, and most importantly, fast.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.4 l

The meat is cut into thin slices across the grain and slightly repel. I beat off with one hand.

Cut these pieces. Spread on a heated pan. Lightly fry until the liquid evaporates.

Add the onions. Fry onion until slightly Golden. While the meat is roasted on a separate dry pan dried flour for about 2 minutes, stirring, on medium heat.

Make a sauce. Mix sour cream with tomato paste, salt, pepper and add water.

After that, sprinkle the meat with dried onions with flour, mix well, add the sauce and stir, boil. Here the dish is ready!!!
