Salmon deep-fried
Delicate salmon fillet in the beer batter. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user lesjasheveljova called "Salmon baked in pastry" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Beer

    125 ml

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fish wash, remove skin and bones and cut into pieces a La carte. Season with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Beer beat the egg, add the flour, salt and mix thoroughly. Leave the batter for 1 hour.

Fish roll in flour, dip in batter and fry in deep fat until tender (about 5-6 minutes depending on the size of the piece).
