After my husband gave me a slow cooker, I'm the happiest :) Finally I have the most delicious meals :) Testing all functions, I decided on the BREAD! The result is very pleased. Sorry, no step by step photos : ( the Idea to share the recipe came in the middle of the process! I hope you will be good!

Cooking
Onions cut and fry until Golden brown. Leave to cool. In the water add sugar and salt. Stir. Gradually add the flour to 250 g. After added 750 g, pour the yeast. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough. When the dough is ready, add the onions and Provencal herbs. Knead for another 10 minutes. Put in a bowl, cover with a towel and put in warm place for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the dough place into the slow cooker (previously greased with vegetable oil) and leave on heat for another 30 minutes (to rise).
When the dough has risen, turn on the "Baking" for 60 minutes (I have 55 minutes). After the beep, turn the bread back on baking for 50 minutes.
