Cuban soup with beans and chorizo
Hearty, spicy soup, the taste is something between a stew and bean soup. Perfect for winter, but in summer we eat it with pleasure. The original recipe asked to use pork, but I like the combination of beans with beef.

In advance, prepare the rice and beans. The beans I soaked overnight and boiled for 1 hour, the rice was cooked for 15 minutes.

Fry the meat until it will turn brown on each side

Pour tomatoes for 10 seconds boiling water, remove the skins and cut into cubes.

The meat is put into cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 1.5 hours.

Fry the onion (I did it in the same pan, where grilled meat), onions are ready remove from the pan

In a pan, where roasted onions, put the tomatoes, simmer them for about 5 minutes, add the tomato, simmer for another 5 minutes.
