Cake in a double boiler
Cake "Cheese". This is a wonderful, very tender cake resembles a souffle with the taste of soft cream cheese or cottage cheese, even though it's not in the ingredients. Hence the name "Cheese". Prepares a cake for a couple. Was doing the first time and did not regret! Very tasty and unusual!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Blend sour cream, sugar and 2 egg yolks. Add the vanilla sugar and the flour, again beat.

Separately whisk 2 protein in a solid foam.

Whipped proteins add to the creamy egg mixture and gently stir with a spoon from top to bottom.

The bowl from the steamer carefully cover with cling film. Spread gently gentle weight and flatten. Cover it with cling film and cover with a lid.

To put this capacity steamer pot with already boiling water. Cook 40 minutes. Then remove plastic wrap and cover with a lid. Cook for another 15 minutes.

Remove the bowl from the double boiler, turn off the heat and without removing the dessert to cool completely. The cooling dessert it settle a bit. Don't worry, as it should be. The taste is not affected.

The cooled dessert carefully turn onto a plate. It is very-very tender!

Pour over a dessert any sweet sauce, syrup or condensed milk and serve! I covered the chocolate frosting. For frosting: melt 50 g butter, 50 g dark chocolate, 3 tbsp. sugar and a couple tablespoons of milk. Cook until thick bubbles.

Allow the glaze to cool.
