Chocolate cake cheese

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Our ingredients are. Use ordinary cheese, no additives, fat content of cheese is at your discretion, as well as the type of chocolate: dark, bitter or milk. Instead of sugar you can use powdered sugar. The amount of soda depends on the acid curd than kisla, the more soda, but no more than 1 teaspoon.

In the bowl of a blender put the cheese, pour the milk and add soda. Grind-whisk to a smooth paste.

Put into a saucepan butter.

Constructed design for the water bath. In a pan with oil pour the cottage cheese mixture and put the saucepan in a water bath. When the water in the lower pan boils begin intensively mix the cottage cheese mixture. The cheese begins to melt and the mixture to thicken. At constant boiling water in the bottom pan, the process takes about 10-12 minutes. The cheese mixture is similar to a Bechamel sauce or a good cream.

Remove the saucepan from the curd mass from the water bath, add sugar and spread chocolate pieces.

Stir until the sugar is dissolved and chocolate. In fact, our cheese is ready.

Put it in a suitable vessel and let cool, then refrigerate. Do not be guided by the taste of hot cheese! Its taste is fully revealed after a complete cooling.
