Beet caviar
The site has a lot of recipes beet caviar, but have not found. The name is given because for me was a surprise that ordinary beets could be so tasty. And this despite the fact that I ate beets very rarely and then only in the form of ingredient in the soup. And suddenly I wanted beets. And I began to search on different sites for something to prepare beets. And I found this simple recipe. But he has conquered me! And not only me, but my son, who is beet not eating as well as I do.

That's what we need for cooking eggs
step-1
Three on a coarse grater carrots and fry it together with three tablespoons of oil on medium heat 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step-2
On a coarse grater three beets (which is pre-boiled until semi cooked and cooled), add to the carrots, stir, cover, low down the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step-3
Finely chop the onion and fry it in another pan with two tablespoons of oil over medium heat until almost cooked. In the end add to the onions the garlic, passed through a press and stir.

step-6
Place the eggs in a bowl and allow it to cool down.
step-7
And then put the caviar on the bread and happy eating!
