The egg is a magical product! Chefs continue to explore the magic of eggs and come up with new experimental dishes. I tried to implement one of these recipes, this egg needs to be frozen. I think many people know that egg protein is perfectly tolerated freezing without changing its structure, and the thawed protein can be used along with fresh. Another thing is the yolk. The yolk after thawing completely changes its structure, it looks like oil has a delicate texture. It can be spread in a thin layer on toast or toast and get a wonderful snack.
