Apple pie
On the website, of course, a lot of Apple pies, but this is not. But it is so simple and easy to prepare and doesn't require gourmet ingredients. I like it because does not contain eggs and butter. Soft, a bit with a rich Apple flavor and caramel sauce - it is perfect for home tea.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

For the weight thank Vladimir openbox77. Mix the dry ingredients: semolina, sugar, flour and baking powder. The semolina I used from TM Mistral.

Add the milk and carefully beat with a mixer, to avoid lumps.

Apples peel and core and grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Shape with a diameter of 22 cm oil. Pour 1/3 of the dough, sprinkle a third of the apples. Repeat the layers: batter-apples-batter-I blocks. The top layer should be Apple (for the last layer I combined the apples with cinnamon; if you like cinnamon, you can add it in larger quantities to the total volume of apples). Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour - 1 hour 10 min.

You can prepare caramel sauce. To do this, melt the butter over high heat. Then, reduce the heat, add the sugar and stir.

When the sugar is completely melted (about 2 minutes), add milk (very carefully!) and keep on heat for another 1-2 minutes.

Ready pie cool completely and top with sauce. I used very little sauce, because it has paid off with the apples, I got a very sweet apples. So consider this fact!
