Rustic seed bread
Light, airy and very useful bread with added whole wheat flour, and roasted flax seeds, sesame and poppy seeds give it a rich, slightly nutty taste. Come and I will treat you. For the recipe a huge thank you to Donna Beth.

Ingredients

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Honey

    4 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    85 g

  • Yeast

    1.25 tsp

  • Flax seeds

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    4 tsp

  • Mac

    2 tsp

Cooking

Mix sesame seeds, flax and poppy seeds and fry in a preheated 180 degree oven for 4-6 min. I was roasted in the microwave in the "Aero" at 180 degrees for 5 mins to Cool.

Put in a bucket of HP all ingredients according to instructions.
