Description
This cake was the result that ended a good baking paper, and had a great desire to bake today. There are recipes where baked cakes in the pan, decided to proceed by analogy with them, the experiment was a success! I think this recipe will be popular for the garden or just when you need something to bake for tea! The cake was simple to make, but tender and tasty. The basis was taken the recipe Olga Babich "Milk girl".

Cooking
Condensed milk break the eggs, mix well.
Pour the buttermilk with soda, stir. Bake in the pan, so the dough need to be diluted quite a bit!
To measure flour, add baking powder, sift.
Add the flour into the prepared mixture for the dough, stir until smooth.
The pan heat and grease-RUB with vegetable oil without smell, to avoid drops of oil in the pan, but only Shine. So do after each pancake-cake.
Pour the batter into the pan (I have a diameter 24 cm), so that it spreads evenly. Bake for about 4-5 minutes on one side under the lid on low heat. As soon as the top clutch red.
Cakes stacked pile on a plate on top of each other, they will not stick! Out of this number ingredients I got 6 cakes (it would be better to divide by 5 would be sensitive tolshe!) Each cooled cake to trim the edges.
Here's a pile of cakes turned out.
Here the biscuits are visible in the cut, a uniform ideal thickness, I did not succeed, some thinner, some tolshe!
Whip cream with sugar and fixative cream. First, whip the cream on low speed then pour one spoon of sugar and increase the speed, add the fixative when it is evenly stirred - increase speed. Whisk until stable peaks. (I added a caramel sauce is ready to taste!).
Coat generously with cream each layer, sides. The remnants of cream decorated the top and sides, making the border a nozzle asterisk.
