Fish from the category - quick and tasty. This is the first recipe post on the site. This seems to be no, but frankly, in the 25th page of the fish recipes I have handed over nerves... :) the Recipe gave one Norwegian as a local dish, but my Norwegian colleagues, he was surprised. Hence the name.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    500 g

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • The creme fraiche

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Here are my products. Cod salt (don't overdo it, baked beans are too salty), pepper and leave for 20 mins Beans drained, but not completely, should remain a little sauce. One more detail: use beans for Breakfast (baked beans); it tastes like smoked.

On the bottom of the form put the beans, then sliced pieces of cod and to the top - mixed sour cream and creme fraiche. All! Put the form in the oven (200*C) for 30-40 minutes depending on thickness of fish pieces.
