Pumpkin for its Sunny, bright color may color the dough, making it more useful. Thanks to the pumpkin, the noodles is very soft and has a bright mood :-) the Bread also purchased Golden hues. For the competition "Bright mood"

Cooking
The pumpkin clean.
Cut into pieces and boil until soft.
With the help of a blender of cooked pumpkin to make a puree.
In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, egg and pumpkin puree.
Next, I separated a bit of dough for bread and put a little paprika, turmeric, saffron and dried garlic.
When it is impossible to interfere with a spoon, spread on the table and knead quite thick dough.
The dough thinly roll out.
For the bread dough to cut the figures. On the eve of Halloween I wanted to make little ghosts. As template I used podstavochki for cups, then pulling them stick-legs. Eyes and mouth - peppercorn.
And baked them in the oven just on the rack.
Bread, thanks to the pumpkin, turned out, though dry (as intended), but not wooden, with a certain softness.
To boil noodles for 10 minutes. Of course, the pumpkin noodles dough is better for refueling to file a savory pumpkin sauce. In a small amount of pumpkin puree add a spoon of butter (or sour cream), a little mustard, chopped dill and chesnochenko. The same sauce can be added to the salad - it is colorful and fragrant :-)
Here is a side dish turned out. Thank you Pumpkin :-) For contrast in a bowl I put some "bestechung" laplink. Of course, pumpkin noodle goes well with any meat dish.
