Well what can I say... Another plus in favor of the slow cooker! The result was very tender chicken liver in sauce, with herbs and onions. The kids will love and adults will not abandon so yummy. Recipe for a slow cooker.

Cooking
Chicken liver rinse under cold water.
Turn on the mode "Pastries" for 25 minutes. In a saucepan multivarki put a small piece of butter.
Spread chicken liver and diced onion. All fry with the lid open, stirring occasionally.
After the beep, add the cream, flour, herbs (fresh, I use dried), salt, pepper (I added pepper) to taste and stir. Turn mode "Quenching" for 1 hour.
After the beep, open the lid, blend the liver with the sauce in a bowl and enjoy. You can garnish, you can simply with some bread. Very tender and flavorful. [color=indigo]Bon appétit!!![/color]
