                        The idea of Indian food to accompany fresh and neutral dishes are spicy, rich in flavour sauces-seasonings of fruit or vegetables - chutneys - has long been spread around the world. And if in Delhi, I could not swallow and half a teaspoon of the fiery local chutney, served with rice, in new York, I was fascinated by the apricot its option, accompanying the dish with different types of cheese.
