The idea of Indian food to accompany fresh and neutral dishes are spicy, rich in flavour sauces-seasonings of fruit or vegetables - chutneys - has long been spread around the world. And if in Delhi, I could not swallow and half a teaspoon of the fiery local chutney, served with rice, in new York, I was fascinated by the apricot its option, accompanying the dish with different types of cheese. Cooking
Prices for strawberries are already almost asleep, so you can something out of it to portray.
In a saucepan put the honey, sugar (optional, or more honey; you can generowanie sugar), raisins, mustard, salt, vinegar and proverjaem, after stirring for a few minutes.
Add the strawberries, well pepper (preferably freshly ground pepper) and cook for another 10 minutes. When it has cooled a bit, break a little blender.
Pour into sterilised jars. Stored in the refrigerator. I applied to the cheese. With cold Turkey, chicken breast, beef is also very tasty.
